- Stylus tip alert — when play count since last tip cleaning reaches the set threshold, the counter label switches to uppercase (PLAYS SINCE TIP CLEANING) rather than applying a red highlight.

- Record label QR codes now surface the owner identity when scanned externally — a borrower or finder who scans a label sees the album details and the name of the registered owner. Re-file controls remain owner-only; the scan page requires no login to view.
- Record Labels: print QR code labels (Brother QL-800, 17x54 mm) for individual records. Scan a label on your phone to see the album identity and last-filed location, then confirm the re-file or choose a different location — no computer needed.
- On the VSS Outer Sleeve Order Report, each album row now has a "Mark fitted" button — click it after fitting a sleeve and the record is saved immediately without opening the album edit form. Albums already sleeved show a fitted date on the same page.
- The record intake screen for Care Log customers is simpler — album entry focuses on artist, title, format, and sides only.

- Replying to your welcome email now reaches the VRT team directly.
- The Play Log now includes a Listening Notes field — capture impressions, mood, or occasion while the record plays. Notes are saved per album and carry across both sides.
- The selected album card in the Play Log now shows the catalogue number alongside the label.
- The 10 Most Played list on the Dashboard now shows the artist name.
- When you search Discogs while adding an album, the label, catalogue number, release year, and edition details now populate in the form automatically.
- When you buy a VRT licence or upgrade, clicking the link in VRT now carries your dealer attribution automatically — so your dealer still receives credit even if the purchase was made directly from the SCA store.
- When you purchase Record Restore treatment through VRT, the order link now carries your dealer attribution so your dealer is credited for the referral.
- The Upgrade panel on the Dashboard now shows licence tier cards with direct purchase links for Core+, Pro, and Care Log upgrades — with pricing and an option to enter a key you have already purchased.

- When you confirm a cleaning order, the Specialist Shipping Packaging section now shows SCA's postal address — PO Box 245, Wentworth Falls NSW 2782 — so you have the dispatch details right where you need them.
- If you open VRT via a link that includes a dealer code — from a QR sticker, a shop page, or a dealer recommendation — a banner appears asking whether to link your account to that dealer. Accept to record the association, or dismiss to continue without changing anything.

- Your Cleaning Batch page now shows the cleaning service options and pricing offered by your dealer before you dispatch a batch, so you can confirm which service applies to your records.
